The main objective of this document is to establish the General Conditions for the use of the Internet Portal (hereinafter the Portal). The term “Portal” includes all webs, and their content, owned by TB Security Solutions SA, which are accessed through the domain www.tb-security.com and its subdomains or through the links included in the domain www.tb-solutions.com.

TB·Security reserves the right to modify the present Legal Warning (hereinafter "General Conditions") to comply with regulatory requirements and adapt to the common practices of the market.
The use and navigation through the portal, implies full and unreserved acceptance of the conditions established in this Legal Warning. Users should be aware of the importance of reading these conditions each time they visit the Website. Usage and access to the portal implies knowing and  accepting the following General Conditions, which is why TB·Security recommends all users to print or download the documents in order to read them each time they access the Portal.

USE CONDITIONS OF TB•SECURITY’S INTERNET PORTAL (the Portal)


1. CONTENT AND LIABILITY.
1.1. The objective of this website is to provide the general public with information on TB-SOLUTIONS SECURITY S.A products and services.  In order to do this, the user is redirected from the homepage of the portal to different sections in which he/she can obtain this information. The purpose of the portal is exclusively informative, and in no case the user is able to contract TB·Security’s services or products through the Portal.

1.2. All items listed on the portal such as photographs, text, images, design, source code, software and applications, presentations, distinctive signs (trademarks and trade names), safety devices, etc., comprise the contents of the portal.

1.3. The content of the Website and the General Conditions may be modified, updated or removed without prior notice. The user should check the date of the Legal Warning each time he/she accesses the portal to get to know the latest publications of the same.

1.4. In no case TB·Security is obliged to keep the Portal operational and / or updated, and the company shall accept no responsibility for errors, inaccuracies or omissions in the content of the Website; neither shall accept responsibility for any damage or injury of any kind arising from the Portal, from the use of its content or from its access.

1.5. The User shall be held responsible for whatever damages of any type might be suffered by TB·Security or any third parties as a result of non-compliance with any of the obligations implied by the present conditions. In no case the user is allowed to use the Website for illegal or harmful purposes.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
2.1. The content of the Portal is owned by TB·Security and is protected by current legislation regarding intellectual property. Total or partial reproduction of this content by any means is forbidden without prior written consent from TB·Security or third parties owning the content. It is also forbidden to make any use of the portal other than the one specified in section 1.1. of the present Legal Warning, as well as any alteration or manipulation of the Website content.

2.2. In no case access to the Portal implies TB·Security's assignment of any rights over its content, and specifically over distinctive signs (trademarks and trade names) in the Portal.

2.3. The use of reverse engineering practices is forbidden, such as decompilation activities or any other type of activities performed to discover the source code of any of the applications used in the Portal or to access the restricted-access Portal or sections.

3. LINKS
3.1. The portal may contain links to web pages and portals which are run by third parties external to TB ·Security, nevertheless, in that case the user will always be informed. TB·Security has no control over the content of such web sites and portals, and therefore, the company will in no case be responsible for such content, for law compliance, or for the goods or services supplied or advertised in such sites and portals. Also, under no circumstances TB·Security will be responsible for any loss or damage that may affect the user when using these sites and portals, such as, among others, the damage caused by computer viruses. TB·Security will automatically remove links to illicit sites and portals that perform fraudulent activities.

3.2. Users are allowed to include a link to TB·Security portal in their webs provided that the link conducts directly to the homepage of the Portal, and, in addition, they have to inform TB·Security Solutions SA, which is within its right to require the user to remove the link at any time.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION
4.1. The user may use the contact information offered on TB·Security Portal in order to perform consultations, obtain information related to products and services, etc ... In this case, TB·Security will process the information confidentially and will use it exclusively in order to respond to the consultation or provide the information requested. In any case, the user is the only person responsible for the content of the information provided via  TB·Security Portal, and will have to respond against potential damages arising from or related to such information that may affect TB·Security or others.

4.2. TB·Security does not collect personal data from the portal. However, in the case of collecting personal data, it will be done in compliance with the current regulations regarding personal data protection, specifically the Spanish Organic Law of December 13, of Personal Data Protection (hereinafter LOPD) and its Regulations approved by Spanish Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21 (hereinafter RLOPD).

5. OTHERS
5.1 Minors
TB·Security portal is not directed at minors. The company disclaims all responsibility for breach of this requirement.

5.2 Duration and Termination
The use and access to the contents of the portal are open-ended. Nevertheless, TB·Security is empowered to terminate, suspend or interrupt unilaterally at any time and without prior notice, access to users.

5.3 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. TB·Security and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, submit to the Courts of Barcelona, in case there is any dispute arising from the provision of services subject to these General Conditions.
In the event that the user is domiciled abroad, TB·Security and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, submit to the courts of Barcelona (Spain).
